Policies and Procedures

All of our prices are listed in Canadian funds

Normal Hours of Operation

  Monday-Friday 1.00pm to 5:00pm EST. If we do not personally answer your call, be assured, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Payment Methods

 Money Order, Direct Deposit or Check (we must allow 10 days from the time we deposit, for checks to clear)  


Minimum Charges-   Shipping $6.00 (within Ontario & Quebec), $8.00 (All other provinces and US), plus  Handling $2.50.


 Orders will be shipped within 24-72 hours after payment is confirmed.

Purolator Wednesday and Friday

Example: You have chosen Canada Post Shipping (Tues and Thurs)-Your order is received after 1:00 pm on Wed. or on Thurs. morning. Your order will go out on the next shipment day, which is Tuesday.

The same is true for Purolator shipments (Wed and Fri.)- You fax or leave a message after 1:00 pm on Tuesday, or call us Wed. morning to place your order. Your order will go out in Friday's shipment. 

For US orders
 In most cases we will ship Insured mail, Via Canada Post, either by Air (approx.5-7days) or Surface (the most economical but takes 14-21 days for delivery).  We will, though, check the rates via Purolator (which connects to a Courier Service in the US and usually takes about 5-7 days), to determine the most economical way of shipping to you, depending on your location. We do not have an overnight/2 day service to the US.


Wholesale orders for our  products 

Below is a list of qualifying requirements to purchase our product line wholesale or obtain a wholesale catalogue:

1-You must provide us with a Vendor's Permit number or Sales Tax ID#  info before or at time of order. (Businesses from other provinces do not need to do this, since we do not have to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to other provinces.)

2- We have a minimum purchase requirement of $100.00, and some items in our catalogue have small minimums you must purchase.

A Note about Samples

We are happy to provide sample packs of our products;  for a nominal fee plus shipping and handling. The cost of the sample only will be deducted from the cost of your first order.

Return Policies

We will accept returns on orders within 10 days (you must contact us first for a Return Number), A 25% restocking fee will be charged. A credit will be given for future purchases.
-You pay the return postage to send the product back to us (we will not refund shipping charges)
